About the Founder
The Pictures UK Wire Magazine was founded by Vudi Xhymshiti, a British photographer and journalist with a passion for exploring the politics of race, gender, identity, migration, and displacement caused by climate change and armed conflict. Vudi is renowned for his work featured in top publications in the US, UK and Europe (including outlets like The New York Times, TIME Magazine, WSJ, Bloomberg, The Guardian, The Times and Sunday Times, Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, Die Zeit and Der Spiegel). As an educator in visual journalism, he is dedicated to training young photographers and creating a platform for impactful storytelling.
